Common questions
What does Atlas Estate Ventures do?
We evaluate properties in Georgia and work with real estate investors. In some cases we put a property under a purchase contract and may assign that contract to another buyer instead of closing on it ourselves. We'll tell you up front if that's the plan.
What does it mean to assign a contract?
Assignment means we sign a purchase agreement with you, then transfer our right to buy the property to another buyer, usually an investor. The terms you agreed to stay the same. You should read every agreement carefully and may want to talk with a real estate attorney before signing.
Will you make me an offer?
Not always. We review each property first. If it fits what we or our investor partners look for, we may discuss terms. Sending your details is not an offer or a commitment by either side.
